The original kitchen was a small L-shaped layout with limited countertop space and no backsplash. The plan was reworked into a U-shaped configuration to add an additional run of counter space and storage while remaining within the existing footprint.

The existing cabinetry was repurposed and painted a sage green, paired with new hardware, lighting, and appliances. Laminate countertops were replaced with custom concrete, and tile flooring was installed in place of vinyl sheet flooring, resulting in a more functional and durable kitchen with a refreshed, cohesive look.
