A partially finished basement, leftover from the 70s, was transformed into a rental-ready living space, complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, and separate exterior entrance. The project required careful planning to meet functional, code, and layout requirements while creating a comfortable, self-contained unit.

The kitchen features handcrafted butcher block countertops, with appliances thoughtfully integrated to maximize usable space. Durable materials and a straightforward layout were selected to support everyday use while maintaining a warm, inviting feel throughout the space.
