Project Scope: Detached garage construction, tuck-under garage conversion, basement access modification, exterior finishes, and site hardscaping

This 1940s home previously relied on a small tuck-under garage. As part of the project, the tuck-under space was converted to basement access with a patio door, and a new detached garage was constructed to provide adequate parking and storage.

The new structure features dark vertical siding for a clean, modern appearance, with red brick accents incorporated to complement the original home. Site work included new concrete steps, paver walkways, retaining walls, and a cedar privacy fence to create a cohesive, functional exterior environment.
