A previously unfinished basement was finished to create a comfortable lower-level living space, including a main living area, guest bedroom and bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The layout was planned to make the most of a smaller footprint while maintaining openness and usability.

White walls and light carpeting were selected to keep the space bright and simple, allowing natural light and clean lines to define the rooms. The result is a functional, flexible lower level suitable for guests or everyday living.
